Now, a lot of you will probably want to talk about the latest chapter of Akagi in Japan before we've gotten around to scanlating it or even have the ability to scanlate it, and a lot of you probably don't want to be spoiled by merely checking the forum, either. So in order to please both groups of people, please follow these regulations when creating topics that include spoilers on a subject.

  • Do not, under any circumstances, put something that might spoil a story event in the topic title. For example, if "Kaiji is a bum" were a story event that happens some point into the manga, you shouldn't say "Wow, so Kaiji is a bum now?" in the topic title. Instead, say something like "So, about the recent development in Kaiji..." or "Kaiji is a..." or something along those lines. Then, precede it with a series of letters in (Parenthesis), as described below.

  • When the topic in question contains a spoiler that has been covered in the English Scanlations of the manga, put "(ESS)" at the beginning of the topic title. This stands for "English Scanlations Spoilers". In Kaiji, you may also wish to include which Part you will be discussing.

  • When the topic in question contains a spoiler that is part of an Anime series, put "(ANS)" at the beginning of the topic title. This stands for "ANime Spoilers".

  • When the topic in question contains a spoiler that has been covered in Volume RAWs that are available online, put "(VRS)" at the beginning of the topic title. This stands for "Volume RAW Spoilers".

  • When the topic in question contains a spoiler that is a recent development in the Magazine Publications of a certain series, put "(MPS)" at the beginning of the topic title. This stands for "Magazine Publication Spoilers". If unsure whether it's VRS or MPS, default to MPS.

  • Finally, when posting in a topic with one of the above tags preceding it, only leave spoilers unmarked if they fall within that domain. If you wish to mention a spoiler that readers of that domain would not know about, make it clear that you will be spoiling them if they wish to read the rest of your post, and incase the information in spoiler tags, which can be found in the "Others" button above the post box. When responding to a post that has spoiler tags, you must also use spoiler tags.

I'm sure over time you'll be able to get used to doing this, and it will ensure that everyone can discuss this work-in-progress fandom on several different levels without fear of being spoiled. Thank you.
